INGREDIENTS

- 150 grams plain flour

- 100ml warm water

- 1 tablespoon olive oil

- 100 grams shredded mozzarella cheese

- 75 grams thinly sliced pepperoni

- 1 red onion, finely sliced

- 1 cup finely shredded cabbage

- 50 grams grated carrots carrot

- 1/2 cup mayonnaise

- 2 tablespoons apple cider vinegar

- 1/2 teaspoon sugar

- Salt and pepper to taste


DIRECTIONS

1. In a large bowl, combine the flour, water, and olive oil.

2. Knead until a dough forms, then cover it and let it rest for 15 minutes.

3. Roll out the dough into a thin circle and place it on a greased baking sheet.

4. Top with the shredded mozzarella and pepperoni.

5. Bake for 10-12 minutes, or until the cheese is melted and bubbly.

6. In a medium bowl, combine the red onion, cabbage, carrots, mayonnaise, apple cider vinegar, sugar, salt, and pepper.

7. Toss to combine and serve alongside the pizza.

PROTIPS

  • For a crispier crust, preheat the baking sheet before placing the pizza on it.
  • If you don't have a pizza stone, you can use an inverted baking sheet to create a similar effect.
